Responsibilities of Executive Team:

• To communicate about the survey, website and project development with the team

• To update the social media on a regular basis

• To undertake media management and film activities

• To plan activities for the development of various slums

• To plan other artwork and research creating reports 

• To conduct public relation activities

• To plan other ground work

Current Executive  Team

This is the current team that takes part in the day-to-day activities and management of this project.

Fundraising 

We need to raise funds for the executive team. This include:

• Cover travel and other honorary expenses for volunteers/ interns/experts  

  • 5000 -10,000 rs monthly

• Cover website hosting/designing domain costs. 2000 rs (one time)

• Bonuses for regular Groundwork ASHI team.  5000-10,000 rupees on an average.
